Hi, my name is Eugène Vachon. Currently, I am at college. I am studying in Computer Sciences and Mathematics. This glossary contains the basic words used in the commands that I use in my courses. It is really important to understand those words because their names indicates what they do and it is really easy to make some stupid mistakes if you do not clearly know what each command does.

array
An impressive display or range of a particular type of thing.
class
A set or category of things having some property or attribute in common and differentiated from others by kind, type, or quality.
clone
One that appears to be a copy of an original form.
comment
A note explaining, illustrating, or criticizing the meaning of a writing.
constant
A number that has a fixed value in a given situation or universally or that is characteristic of some substance or instrument.
copy
A thing made to be similar or identical to another.
else
Different; instead.
for
Used as a function word to indicate an actual or implied enumeration or selection.
function
A relationship or expression involving one or more variables.
if
In case that; granting or supposing that; on condition that.
instantiate
To represent or be an example of something.
keyword
A word or concept of great significance.
list
A number of connected items or names written or printed consecutively, typically one below the other.
null
Having no legal or binding force; invalid.
object
A material thing that can be seen and touched.
operator
A symbol or function denoting an operation.
type
A particular kind, class, or group.
using
Take, hold, or deploy (something) as a means of accomplishing a purpose or achieving a result; employ.
variable
Apt or liable to vary or change; changeable.
while
A period of time.
